• Manage the early-access waitlist
• Contact users when the platform launches
• Understand which audience is joining early and which language they prefer

• Legitimate interest: We use your information to manage and operate the SmakaHem early-access waitlist, including organizing registrations and understanding which audience is joining and which language they prefer.
• Consent: If you choose to receive updates from us, we will use your email address to send you information about SmakaHem, including launch notifications and early access invitations. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

We store your information while SmakaHem is in its early-access phase to manage the waitlist and prepare for the platform launch.

If the platform launches, we may contact you with an invitation to register.

If you do not join the platform after launch, your data may be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after launch.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will delete your information unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons.

Sharing of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data.

We only share your information with service providers necessary to operate SmakaHem, including:

• Hosting provider: We use Hetzner to host our servers and store data securely.
• Domain and infrastructure provider: We use one.com to manage our domain and related services.
• These providers process data only as required to operate the service and are expected to handle data securely.
• We handle email communication internally and do not rely on third-party email marketing services at this stage.
• We may also disclose your data if required to do so by law.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal data
